Triglyceride Extract

Avian source triglyceride concentrate used by our customers around the world. Our clients have selected this material as a cost effective, and high quality, alternative to human triglyceride extracts in the manufacture of diagnostic products and assays. This material is suitable for use in the manufacture of In-vitro diagnostic products: controls, calibrators, EQA specimens and PT samples. This product is also recommended for use in Research and Development applications.

Please note, this product is not suitable for use in the manufacture of injectable or transfusable products.

Product Description

Technopath's Triglyceride Extract is derived from avian source material with a typical minimum Triglyceride concentration of 90 mmol/L (~8,000 mg/dL). Preservative addition is optional. This product is provided filtered to 0.22 micron absolute pore size.

The re-certification interval for this product is 2 years from the date of manufacture.

The product is shipped on dry-ice and, to ensure optimum performance, should be stored at -20°C or colder upon delivery.
